Wind and rainfall warnings for B.C.'s South Coast were lifted by Environment Canada Thursday.

The warnings were due to the same weather system that drenched the region on Christmas Day, leading to hazardous conditions on the roads, ferry cancellations and power outages.

For those travelling to and from the B.C. Interior, a snowfall warning remains in effect for the Coquihalla, where hazardous conditions are predicted through the evening.
