Parents across B.C. could know as early as today if they will see an immediate report card from their child's teacher.
The BC Teachers Federation says the labour board could rule today or tomorrow on the dispute over when official report cards should be issued following the legislated end to teachers' job action.
Teachers say a final report in June is all that is required but the BC Public School Employers' Association wants an immediate report to update parents on students' progress since September.
Results are also expected tomorrow after teachers voted earlier this week on withdrawal from voluntary extra curricular activities, such as sports events or grad ceremonies.
