Mounties say missing man, 31, last seen in Vernon, B.C.

Mounties in the British Columbia Interior are searching for a 31-year-old man who has been missing for approximately three weeks.

Louis Leggett was last seen by his family in Vernon mid-December, the local RCMP detachment said in a news release Monday.

The Vernon North Okanagan RCMP are now asking the public for information on the missing man's whereabouts.

Police described Leggett as an Indigenous man who stands 5'6" tall and weighs approximately 115 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes, according to the release.

"Police are concerned for Louis's health and well-being," the RCMP statement said.
