Kids Help Phone – Homes for the Holidays
Kick-start the holiday season with a tradition now in its 16th year!
Kids Help Phone Homes for the Holidays presented by Nicola Wealth will inspire your festive spirit and help make the holiday season memorable.
This year’s tour will pivot from public to virtual, taking place (as always!) during the last weekend of November on Saturday, November 28 and Sunday, November 29 2020. During this event, professional interior designers team up with home décor retailers and florists to set the stage for the season’s festivities. Five luxurious homes will be featured, ranging from contemporary to traditional to farmhouse — all with unique displays of holiday decorating — with five designers sharing new tips and tricks on how to prepare your home for the holidays.
Virtual tour attendees will be able to view each home via pre-recorded video at their own leisure while the designer walks them through the creative process from inception to a grand reveal. Hosted by Krissy Vann of CTV, the tour will highlight the festive transformation of the five homes with our special guest Anicka Quin, the Editorial Director of Western Living Magazine, who will select one designer to be featured in the publication’s 2021 Holiday Edition.
Explore these festive homes and get to know the designers virtually while supporting youth mental health and well-being across Canada. Kids Help Phone is Canada’s only 24/7 e-mental health service offering free, confidential support in English and French to young people. As the country’s virtual care expert, we give millions of youth a safe, trusted space to talk in any moment of crisis or need. But we can’t do it alone. Kids Help Phone is a registered Canadian charity — our innovation is fueled by courageous donors, partners, volunteers and more.
