Scallop Fettucine

Ingredients:

  • Large Scallop 3-4 pc
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 fl oz
  • Garlic and Sallot tsp
  • Chili Flakes pinch
  • White Wine 50 ml
  • Tomato Sauce 200 ml
  • Cream 50 ml
  • Fresh Basil pinch
  • Butter 1 tbs
  • Lemon Juice splash
  • Parmesan Cheese 1 fl oz
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

 

Procedure:

 

  1. Heat your pan to medium high heat 
     
  2. Pat your scallops dry and season
     
  3. Carefully sear your scallops
     
  4. Saute garlic and shallot, add chili flake
     
  5. Deglaze with white wine
     
  6. Add tomato sauce 
     
  7. Add cream
     
  8. Add basil
     
  9. Add butter, lemon juice and parmesan cheese
     
  10. Season to taste and serve
