WildTale crab bake

Ingredients:

  • Water 8 L
  • Celery, diced 1 stalk
  • White Onion, diced 1 whole
  • Garlic, whole 3 pc
  • Bay Leaf 2 pc
  • Black Peppercorn 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Old Bay Seasoning 1 tbl
  • Lemon, quartered 1 pc
  • Red Skin Potato 1 #
  • Dungeness Crab 2-3 whole
 

Procedure:

  1. Combine water, bay leaf, peppercorn, old bay, onion, celery, lemon, salt, red skin potato and bring to a boil
     
  2. Add Corn on the cobb and Dungeness Crab 
     
  3. Cook for approximately 5 min
     
  4. Drain liquid and serve on newspaper with drawn butter, cocktail sauce and fresh baguette
     
  5. Optional to add sausage
