Asphalt Jungle
Ingredients
- 1oz Pisco Gobernador
- 1oz Martini Dry infused with local berries
- 0.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.5oz Simple Syrup (1 part sugar to 1 part water)
- 1 Egg White
- garnish - Fresh Red Currants for garnish
Method
Combine all ingredients and dry shake to emulsify egg whites. Add ice, shake and fine strain into chilled martini coup. Garnish with fresh currents.

Ingredients
- 1.5oz Long Table Akvavit
- 0.5oz Momo Kawa Pearl Sake
- 0.25oz Suze
- 3 slices Cucumber
- 3 dashes Rosemary Bitters
- 0.5oz Hyssop Syrup
- 0.5oz Fresh Lime Juice
- splash Club Soda
- garnish Hyssop leaf
Method
Stir all ingredients, except soda and garnish in a mixing glass. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice. Top with soda. Garnish with a Hyssop leaf.
