PENTICTON, B.C. -- Premier Christy Clark and New Democratic Party Leader Adrian Dix continue their election campaign road trips today with stops in the Cariboo and Interior.
Clark begins the day in Penticton and plans to visit a mine in Princeton and a fruit and vegetable stand in Keremeos before ending her day Kamloops.
Dix will visit Quesnel and the historic gold rush town Barkerville.
Clark spent much of Tuesday launching pointed attacks on the N-D-P, saying a Dix-led government is destined to say no when it comes to supporting economic development, but yes to raising taxes.
Dix told the province's mayors he will create a municipal government ministry if elected on May 14.
Clark and Dix both pledged to reduce red tape and wait times for approvals for mining projects.
