The BCIT student who secretly filmed video of his classmates in a bathroom at the Burnaby campus will not be serving any time in jail.
Chieh-Sen Yang, who was 23 years old at the time of the offence, was given a suspended sentence with two years' probation.
Yang pleaded guilty to two counts of secretly observing/recording nudity in a private place.
The offences took place in November 2015.
