Emad Agahi joined CTV News in 2018.
He previously worked as digital media specialist at Vancouver Whitecaps FC, producing online content and sometimes reporting for TSN.ca. Before that, he toured Canada working as a videojournalist at CFTK News in Prince Rupert, B.C. and CTV Winnipeg.
Emad studied English literature at the University of the Fraser Valley and is a graduate of BCIT Broadcast and Online Journalism.
He grew up in Maple Ridge, B.C. after his family moved to Canada during his childhood.
Away from work, he's a runner, avid sports fan and fantasy baseball enthusiast.
