1. This program is a FREE program offered by CTV Vancouver. It is open to any elementary schools in the province of British Columbia and only for Grade 4 students.
2. Due to a high volume of interest with this program, all entries will be picked from a random draw.
3. CTV does not offer any teaching materials to this program. It is up to the individual teachers to supply educational materials/resources to their students under the BC Ministry of Education Grade 4 Science Curriculum Program. We recommend that students should have a basic knowledge of weather before participating in this program.
4. Registration is open as of Sept. 1, 2016. We will not accept any applications prior or before the registration date.
5. All forms must be completed. Only one class per school is accepted. We will accept applications till all the dates have been filled. Please use the current registration form. Previous forms will not be accepted.
6. Alternating to a different day/time will not be available.
7. An email will be sent to the registered teacher once it has been processed and reviewed.
8. Cancellation: Once your class has registered and has received a confirmation email; in order to cancel, you must submit an email at least two (2) business days before your visit day.
9. Student waiver forms must be signed and submitted to CTV on the day of your visit.
10. When you are inside the CTV building, please remember that you are in a respectable working environment. Visitors must be respectable and well behaved in an appropriate manner.
