Vancouver police have arrested a suspect following an armed robbery at a Main Street jewelry store Thursday afternoon.
Police said a man carrying an undisclosed weapon walked into the Ultimate 24 K Gold Company shortly before 3 p.m.
A number of officers responded to the robbery and contained the building, which was evacuated of staff and customers.
Police said a suspect walked out and surrendered a short time later.
No one was injured during the robbery or arrest, according to police.
The investigation is ongoing.
