Carol Kurrusk is talking a lot about her five-bedroom home in Coquitlam.
She's jumping on the Olympic bandwagon and hoping to cash in on renting her house to visitors during the 2010 Olympic Games.
"The kids have left home so we have a lot of space available," she told CTV News.
The amount she's looking for? Some $7,500 per week -- and she thinks that if six people rented it for one week, it would cost about $180 per night each.
Carol got this idea when she stumbled across a website called "Rent 2010" and signed up.

Rent 2010 was developed by Mark Szekely who takes care of the advertising.
There's a big range of accommodation, he says.
"The highest on my site is $5,000 per night for a condo at Whistler," said Szekely. "The least expensive is $500 per week for a condo in Vancouver."
People in the Lower Mainland seem keen to give up their homes for the games -- as long as it pays.
For instance, one home in Bowen Island, with all the amenities, is listed for a whopping $2,500 per night.
Szekely says the activity on his site is picking up.
"The last couple of months have been the most action on the site," he said.
As with any other real estate transaction, it's buyer beware -- those renting should check that agreements are legitimate and shop around for the right deal.
"My best advice is to get as much information as possible. Go through all the listings, not only property sizes that fit your needs, but for other properties as well," he said.
