SkyTrain service was disrupted Thursday morning after an overheated power line near Royal Oak Station in Burnaby caught fire.
Trains between Edmonds and Metrotown stations were halted for over two hours and passengers were re-routed by a shuttle bus.
TransLink spokesperson Ken Hardie said that trains on both the Expo and Millennium Lines were back on schedule and running normally after repairs were completed at around 10:30 a.m.
No one was injured in the incident but many passengers were frustrated by the delays.
