Police have finally cleared a nine car pile up inside the Massey tunnel early this morning.  It started after a two vehicle accident turned into a nine car pile up in the north bound lanes of Highway 99 in the Vincent Massey Tunnel just after five o'clock this morning.  Give extra time if this is part of your morning commute.
