Defence lawyers have wrapped up their arguments in the trial of six men accused of kidnapping Graham McMynn in Vancouver.
The lawyers claimed the Crown's case was mostly circumstantial and there was little direct evidence to tie their clients to the crime, even though the accused may have been present at the homes where McMynn was held.
The Crown contends there's enough evidence, including DNA exhibits and McMynn's own testimony, to show the accused all played a part in the abduction.
B.C. Supreme Court Justice Arne Silverman plans to deliver his verdict on October 17th.
McMynn was grabbed off a street in south Vancouver in 2006 and held for eight days before he was rescued by police from a home in Surrey
