Thirsty for a little Gollum Precious Pils? Maybe you fancy a Smaug stout or Bolg Belgian Style Tripel? The Hobbit trilogy series of beers is coming to BC liquor stores just in time to ring in the New Year.
Surrey, B.C.’s Central City Brewers & Distillers has just signed an exclusive agreement to brew and distribute the series of beers inspired by the Hobbit Trilogy to the Canadian market.
The Hobbit beers come in 650 ml bottles and retail for $6.99 for Gollum Precious Pils, the Smaug Stout and Bolg Belgian Tripel cost $8.99.
The Hobbit trilogy beers will be available in stores from BC to Saskatchewan by the New Year – and in Eastern Canada by early 2015.
