Police are now confirming the information which CTV first broke about Tuesday's double murder on Knight Street.
As CTV reported Tuesday, Curtis Poni-Cappo and Daniel Soosay-Crane are the victims from a double shooting inside a Knight Street apartment. They were half brothers and apparently no strangers to authorities.
"Daniel Troy Soosay, age 22, was visiting from out of province and was found deceased at that location as well as his brother Curtis Ponicappo, age 19, of Vancouver. Both are known to police,'' said Vancouver Police Const. Jana McGuinness.
The victims' 15-year-old brother was inside the apartment when the shooting happened. He was taken into custody, questioned, and then released.
