RCMP had a section of Lougheed Highway in Maple Ridge blocked off Wednesday night after a body was found in the ditch.
Officers were called to the scene at Lougheed and 280th Street around 2:30 p.m.
Police don’t know what happened but they suspected the scene may be the result of a hit and run.
Above from Chopper9, it appears the male victim may have been riding a bicycle or motorcycle.
