One person has died and another person is in serious condition after a power boat accident in the Fraser River, the RCMP have confirmed.
Both were ejected from their boat into the chilly river when it struck an obstruction in the water.
The accident occurred near the Albion Ferry docks and both ferries suspended rush hour services to help in the search for the victims. The accident occurred around 6 p.m. Monday.
