You could call it a perfect 10.

Police in Vancouver, B.C., announced Thursday they have arrested the 10th and final fugitive in their "Con Air" most wanted list.

Surrey RCMP arrested Michael Craveiro, 37, around 8 p.m. Wednesday night without incident.

The 37-year-old Ontario fugitive was wanted on 28 outstanding warrants for criminal harassment, uttering threats and breaching probation.

Vancouver police are now making arrangements for his return flight to Ontario.

It's been a good week for the Con Air program.

Officers arrested another outstanding fugitive, Richard Drew Lawson, on Aug. 11. The Ontario native, wanted for offences including assault with a weapon and threatening death, was sent home Wednesday.

The Con Air program has sent 69 people to their home provinces to face justice since it began two years ago.
