Vancouver police have issued a Canada-wide warrant for a convicted sex offender who failed to return to his halfway house on Friday night.
The public is advised to watch for 42-year-old Darrell Gregory Plessis, who is considered a high risk to re-offend.
Plessis is described as a 200-pound, five-foot-nine Metis man with short or shaved brown hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos of a dragon on his lower back, a skull and roses on his right arm and a skull on his chest.
Anyone who sees Plessis or has information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
