Six parked vehicles in the Vancouver suburb of New Westminster were destroyed by fire early Saturday morning.

Two vans, one five-ton truck and three other vehicles parked within a four-block radius near Elliott and Carnarvon Streets were burned.

New Westminster Police responded to the first call at 3 a.m. and later received more calls as police who patrolled the area found the other vehicles burning.

Burnaby firefighters were called in to help put out the fires after New Westminster crews had called all their trucks to the scene.

Police say they have no suspects, and anyone with information is asked to call New Westminster police at 604-525-5411.
