Vancouver Police are issuing a public warning after a man followed a young woman from the Nanaimo St. Skytrain station to her home nearby around 10:00 p.m. on March 26th.
The man was later seen circling the same block in an older model, black, four-door vehicle.
He is described as non-Caucasian, with dark brown, thinning hair and he was wearing a dark winter jacket.
Investigators believe the man may be targeting young women near public transit stations, said Const. Jana McGuinness, spokesperson for the Vancouver Police.
