A major crash on the TransCanada Highway put three people in hospital Monday morning.

The B.C. Ambulance Service said three people were taken from the scene in stable condition after a crash in Chilliwack around 10 a.m.

No other details about the condition of the victims have been released.

The crash closed part of the highway, causing serious traffic delays, but DriveBC confirmed all lanes had been reopened by about noon.
