The cause of a serious collision that closed a major road in Surrey for several hours Tuesday evening remains under investigation.
Four vehicles were involved in the pileup on 152nd Street near 82nd Avenue around 9:30 p.m.
Witnesses say it appears a car smashed into another vehicle leaving the Guildford Golf & Country Club.
It set off a chain reaction as two other vehicles also crashed.
Mounties say seven people were rushed to hospital. One man is in seriously injured, but is expected to survive.
Police have ruled out alcohol as the cause, but speed is still being considered as a possible factor.
