1. A woman was killed Sunday night after the scooter she riding collided with a van in a busy Surrey intersection. First responders performed CPR at the scene, but she died of her injuries a short time later.

2. A report compiled regarding Saanich’s mayor is due to be released by the Office of the Information and privacy Commissioner today. Richard Atwell admitted he had an affair during a January press conference and then registered a formal concern about computer spying at municipal hall.

3. A phone scam involving fake BC Hydro employees is making the rounds, targeting consumers and businesses in the Lower Mainland. The scam artists claim the customer’s hydro bill is overdue and if they don't pay immediately their power will be shut off.

4. A stabbing suspect died in hospital early on Sunday after he was shot in the morning by police. The Independent Investigations Office is investigating.
