1. Close call: Two men had a narrow escape on Monday after they dodged an out-of-control truck that ploughed into the house the men were working on. Michael Stadther said he “just took off outside the door” after seeing the truck speed through the gates. “We knew it was coming through the house,” he said.

3. Drone issues: Vancouver airport officials are once again warning the public about using drones in restricted airspace after one was spotted late Sunday afternoon. Bill Yearwood with the Transportation Safety Board says that in some cases, drones around airports can be “catastrophic”.
