Vancouver's buses and SkyTrain will be running overtime to accommodate euphoric fans if the Canucks win the Stanley Cup Monday night, TransLink says.

Both services will be extended by one hour if Vancouver triumphs over the Boston Bruins, and all public transit options will be beefed up during regular hours no matter the outcome of Game 6.

TransLink says it will provide extra buses on regular routes after the game as needed, and SkyTrain will be running on increased frequency.

The SeaBus will be running every 10 minutes between 4 p.m. and at least 8 p.m., and then every 15 minutes until midnight.

Meanwhile, the city is warning drivers that Georgia Street will be closed between Cambie and Richards streets beginning at noon to make way for the outdoor fan zone, as will Hamilton and Homer streets between Dunsmuir and Robson.
