Missing elderly woman found safe, say Richmond police

An 88-year-old woman reported missing Tuesday morning has been found safe, say Richmond police.
The woman was last seen around 10 p.m. Monday around the 4100 block of Bayview Street, Mounties said.
She was confirmed located "safe and sound" later Tuesday morning.
