Steak Tartar

  • 120g good quality beef tenderloin, small dice
  • 20g shallot, finely diced
  • 20g capers, roughly chopped
  • 20g gherkins pickles, small dice
  • ½ egg yolk
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp ketchup
  • 1 sprig parsley, finely chopped


Mix the above ingredients and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange on a plate with good-quality crusty bread or crustini and enjoy.
