    Vancouver's rental rates are the highest in the country, in spite of drop in 2020: report

    A new report on housing shows rental prices have dropped in Vancouver year over year in late 2020, but the city topped the country when it came to high prices.

    The priciest home currently for sale in West Vancouver is listed for a whopping $24,980,000. And what does that buy you? An eight-bedroom, 12-bathroom mansion featuring what realtors describe as "architectural elegance and grandeur," located on a massive 36,329-sq.-ft. lot in the city's Cypress Park Estates. Oh, and a pool, hot tub, sauna and five different fireplaces.
