Recipe:

  • 1 bulb roasted garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon plain, half-fat yoghurt
  • ½ lemon worth of juice
  • 10 drops Worchestershire sauce
  • Good splash red wine vinegar
  • Camelina oil to taste
  • Cracked pepper to taste

Blend everything together just before serving and mix with romaine lettuce, croutons and lots of real bacon!
