    In celebration of National Dog Day, CTV Vancouver takes a look at some of the cuddly canines looking for their 'fur-ever' homes through the BC SPCA. <br><br> Charles James is an American Staffordshire terrier with a rough past, who needs a home with dog-savvy owners. The charming pup came to the BC SPCA's Vancouver branch as a result of a cruelty investigation, and is ready for his happy ending. (BC SPCA)
