RCMP have located a 29-year-old woman who was reported missing from the Claresholm area earlier this month.
The woman was last seen in the town on July 8 but police say they received information on July 17 that led them to believe she was in Whistler.
Authorities were concerned for her safety and well-being and were asking for the public's help to locate her.
RCMP in Claresholm issued a release on Tuesday, August 6, saying that Newman had been safely located in B.C.
