Vancouver police are asking other potential victims to come forward after a man was charged in connection with obscene and harassing telephone calls made over a three-year period.

Police say between 2012 and 2015, a number of harassing and obscene telephone calls were made to health practitioners and counsellors in the Lower Mainland and possibly on Vancouver Island.

Police say 54-year-old Larry Auton has been charged with 14 counts of criminal harassment in relation to those calls, which police say were sexually motivated.

Anyone who may have been a victim of these calls is asked to contact Vancouver police.
