VANCOUVER -

The change of season and return to fall rains means more people will be spending more time at home indoors.

Now is the perfect time to eliminate clutter and maximize storage.

ShelfGenie can transform everyday frustrations into joy by creating 50 per cent more storage and better access to cabinets.

On CTV Morning Live, Vancouver couple Han and Neil Power shared their storage struggles. Their family is growing, and they desired more functionality in their existing condo.

Living in Vancouver was very important to them, but they knew space was at a premium.

They called upon ShelfGenie for a free consultation.

During the consultation they were able to discuss where they need more space, organization and accessibility.

Their condo-sized kitchen had deep cabinets with awkward corner shelves. These types of spaces meant items often got lost or forgotten about.

Their ShelfGenie designer created a custom solution to solve their home pain points and trouble areas.

A design was created specifically for the Power couple and featured the best solutions to maximize the efficiency of their space.

The condo owners were able to provide input to the 3D-rendered plan to work together on what the final product would look like.

The ShelfGenie team then got to work by taking measurements and getting started on construction. All products installed were hand-crafted and the work was completed in one day.

As new condo owners expecting their first baby, the Powers were thrilled with the results.

Han and Neil Power share a love of cooking and now they are able to keep a large variety of ingredients and kitchen appliances organized.

ShelfGenie has improved their kitchen funtionality so they can continue living happily in the city as they grow as a family.
