What first appeared to be a double homicide in Hope, B.C. was actually a murder-suicide, investigators say.
After completing a crime scene investigation at the property on Othello Road where two men were found dead Sunday, the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team said they determined one of the men is responsible for both deaths.
Pound confirmed the shooting was targeted and that the deceased, Alec Lamb, 26, and Tylor Insley, 29, knew each other.
IHIT spokesperson Sgt. Jennifer Pound did not provide further details on who committed the homicide as an investigation continues.
