Renowned Vancouver chef Dale Mackay was a protégé of world famous chef Gordon Ramsay and his recipes won him Top Chef Canada in the first season. This year he's a part of the PNE Fair, making his special grilled cheese sandwiches. Today he's creating them in our CTV Morning Live kitchen.
