VANCOUVER -- Mary Berg wears a lot of hats.
She won MasterChef Canada seaason 3, hosts Mary's Kitchen Crush on CTV and is also a Safeway food expert.
Berg joined CTV Morning Live to share some of her favourite appetizers that use Compliments brand products.
Berg created three recipes on the show: Compliments Buffalo Cauliflower Bites, Compliments Baked Brie and Prosciutto and Mango Bites.
All the recipes' featured ingredients that Berg picked up at her local Safeway store.
