An elderly B.C. couple last seen about three weeks ago has been located safe and sound in the Cariboo region.

Seventy-one-year-old Thomas Williams and his 68-year-old wife Marie were reported missing Thursday three weeks after leaving their Prince George home on a road trip.

A passerby noticed their motor home in 100 Mile House Friday afternoon and told the couple that their disappearance was "all over the radio." The Williams checked into the local RCMP detachment to report that they are fine.

Family members told police that the adventurous pair enjoys taking back roads but typically keeps in touch.
