A would-be concert crasher had to be rescued from a vent at the Pacific Coliseum early Saturday morning after apparently trying to sneak into Dooms Night 2014, an electronic music event.

Rescue crews removed the man from the vent at around 2 a.m. He had reportedly attempted to sneak into the concert earlier in the evening and been stopped by security.

The Vancouver Fire Department and BC Ambulance responded to the scene. The man was not injured in the incident. Vancouver police said Saturday that charges, if there are any, would be announced Monday.
