A Stanley Cup rioter made infamous by video footage showing that she looted a store during the melee last June has been sentenced to two years of parole and 150 hours of community service.

Camille Cacnio, of Richmond, was charged with participating in a riot and break and enter.

The 23-year-old University of B.C. student turned herself into police and wrote an online apology soon after the riot on June 15, 2011, saying that she took a pair of men’s dress pants from Black & Lee as “a souvenir.” She also lost her job due to the incident.

Crown council had asked for a sentence of 15 to 30 days in jail.
