Recipe:
- 1 bulb roasted garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons parmesan
- 1 tablespoon plain, half-fat yoghurt
- ½ lemon worth of juice
- 10 drops Worchestershire sauce
- Good splash red wine vinegar
- Camelina oil to taste
- Cracked pepper to taste
Blend everything together just before serving and mix with romaine lettuce, croutons and lots of real bacon!
