Police are investigating the murder of a 16-year-old girl in Kamloops after her body was found Wednesday.
The grisly discovery was made by a man out walking his dog in Guerin Creek.
The victim’s name and the cause of death is not being released, but police say she was reported missing from the Terrace area recently.
Police are looking to speak to anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious activity near Guerin Creek between Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning.
This marks the fourth homicide in Kamloops this year.
