LULULEMON’S PRICING POLICY

Mario wrote us to ask about Lululemon's pricing policies. He wants to know why the company wouldn't do a price adjustment for him after a vest he bought was marked down $70, less than two weeks after he bought it.

Lululemon told CTV News it does not do price adjustments as a general policy.

Also, don’t expect to get the same sale prices at each Lululemon store. That’s because each retail location operates as its own business and offers its own deals.

It’s up to each store manager what inventory is marked down to sell.

So a good rule to follow is to check out the website or other stores if you want to ensure you’re getting the lowest price.

BC CASINO’S “BANNED” LIST

Is B.C.’s attempt to stop gambling addiction working? Not according to Terri, who contacted CTV News after a client of hers gambled away his rent money, even after putting his name on a “banned” list with B.C. casinos. She wants to know why he was able to enter the casino and gamble.

The B.C. Lottery Corporation says its Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program is not legislation but rather a personal commitment and tool for people who have trouble controlling their gambling. The corporation says it makes efforts to support people in the program, like training staff to watch out for self-excluded people and using license plate recognition technology.

Last year, individuals in the program were removed from casinos more than 9,000 times, but it appears unfortunately, in this case Terri's client may have slipped through the cracks.

FLYING WITH A GALAXY NOTE 7

Transport Canada officially banned passengers from bringing Samsung Galaxy Note 7’s onboard aircraft late last week.

CTV News reached out to the agency in charge of airport screeners and it says you'll be sent packing, right back to your airline's check-in counter if you're caught with a Galaxy Note 7 device. That could mean you'll miss your flight.

The good news is both Air Canada and WestJet told CTV News they haven't had any major issues so far and their passengers have been very compliant.
