COQUITLAM, B.C. -- Homicide investigators have been called in after a body was found along a trail in Coquitlam's Colony Farm park.
Sgt. Bari Emam of the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team says RCMP officers who were first on the scene quickly determined that foul play was likely involved.
He says the victim was a man in his 40's, but police are still confirming his name.
The cause of death was not immediately known.
Police are asking for help from anyone who may have seen anything suspicious on the trial in the Colony Farm area or along a nearby dike.
