In part two of our series on luxury real estate, consumer reporter Lynda Steele toured some of the most exclusive condos money can buy.

Shangri-La Hotel Private Estates

To begin with, Steele visited a 2,600-square-foot corner suite at the Shangri-La Hotel Private Estates.

Along with unobstructed views and world class amenities, the home boasts two bedrooms, three bathrooms and two balconies.

The asking price? $6.5 million.

"We've got 43 feet of window space, just in the living room and dining room alone, so your view is completely uninterrupted," said realtor Elizabeth McQueen.

The luxury perch high in the sky is fully customized with a hide-away built-in wet bar and subzero wine fridge, modern Bocci chandelier and Lutron lighting.

Marble countertops adorn the bathroom, with custom closets in the bedroom and a gourmet Boffi kitchen.

It all sits atop a five star luxury hotel with world class restaurants, spa, pool and fitness facilities.

Hotel Georgia Private Residences

Next up, Steele toured a 45th floor sub penthouse at the Private Residences at the iconic Hotel Georgia.

The 3,800-square-foot suite has four bedrooms, plus a den and media room, along with 4.5 bathrooms.

The asking price? $8 million.

It offers a champagne lifestyle, with luxury touches like heated marble floor bathrooms, custom walk-in closets, floor to ceiling windows with a view from every room and a private covered balcony.

"If you can just imagine one of those gorgeous sunsets, it's just absolutely breathtaking," said developer Bruce Langereis.

You can also enjoy the hotel’s fitness, pool and spa amenities.

If a sub penthouse is too small, the penthouse at the Hotel Georgia Private Residences is also for sale.  It's a 6,800-square-foot unfinished suite with an asking price of $18 million.
