Two men were rushed to hospital with knife wounds Friday night after an argument outside a Vancouver bar turned violent.

Police arrived shortly after 11 p.m. to a fight outside of the Bimini Public House, located on West 4th Avenue near Maple Street in Kitsilano.

Two men had been slashed with a knife, police say, and were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Two other men were arrested, with charges yet to be determined.

Police believe the incident is gang-related, and the VPD Gang Crime Unit was at the scene.

An investigation is ongoing.
